Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read the following Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before using GuruStox's platform and services.

  1. Transaction Completion

    Any transaction on the GuruStox platform relating to platform services shall be considered complete only after the successful transfer of funds from your bank account to GuruStox.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    You acknowledge and agree that once a transaction on the platform has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled.

  3. Failed Transactions

    In the event of a failed transaction where an amount has been deducted from your bank account, the refund shall be processed by your bank within the applicable time period as per the bank's policies. GuruStox shall not be responsible for any delay or processing time involved in such refunds.

  4. Payments After Demat Account Opening

    Once your Demat account has been successfully opened, any payments made on the trading platform shall be credited to your trading account. Such payments are non-refundable.

  5. Withdrawal of Funds

    To withdraw available funds from your trading account, you may submit a withdrawal request through the GuruStox Platform or send your request via email in accordance with the applicable withdrawal process.
