Process for Opening, Closing & Modification of Trading/Demat Account

Please follow the procedures below for opening, closing or modifying your Trading/Demat account with GuruStox.

1. Process for Opening a Trading/Demat Account

  1. Visit the GuruStox website (www.gurustox.com) and download the Account Opening Form from the Downloads section.
  2. Complete the Account Opening Form and submit it to our office along with all the required documents.
  3. After successful verification of all documents, GuruStox will provide you with the Welcome Kit along with your Client ID/Demat ID to start trading.
  4. GuruStox also provides proprietary trading services.

2. Documents Required for Account Opening

Individual Corporate
  • Copy of PAN Card
  • Proof of Address
  • Cancelled Cheque
  • Demat Account Proof
  • 4 Passport-size Photographs (Across Signature)
  • Income Proof
  • All documentary proof should be self-attested
  • ITR Copy
  • Email ID & Mobile Number
  • Mother's Name
  • PAN Card of Company
  • Company Address Proof (Form-18)
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • Cancelled Company Cheque
  • Latest Shareholding Pattern
  • Net Worth Certificate
  • Board Resolution
  • Authorised Signatory Details
  • Last Two Years' Balance Sheets
  • List of Directors
  • Four photographs of the Authorised Signatory and photographs of two Directors

3. Process for Closing a Trading/Demat Account

  1. Obtain or download the Account Closure Request Form from our office or website, complete the form and submit it to us. After verification and settlement of funds and securities (if any), your account will be closed and confirmation will be sent via SMS and Email to your registered mobile number and email address.
  2. You may also send an account closure request to info@gurustox.com using your registered email address. Kindly mention your Client ID clearly. After verification and settlement of funds and securities (if any), confirmation will be sent through SMS and Email.
  3. You may also contact us on 0124-4061723 for assistance with the account closure process.

4. Process for Modification of a Trading/Demat Account

  1. Obtain or download the Account Modification Request Form from our office or website, complete the form and submit it to us. After verification, your account details will be updated and confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address.
  2. Alternatively, send a modification request to info@gurustox.com using your registered email address. Kindly mention your Client ID and clearly specify the information to be modified. After verification, confirmation will be sent via SMS and Email.
